Interesting Walking Route
  Anyone who likes walking in the morning in Northern VA should try walking over the Woodrow Wilson bridge.  I say morning for August walking because it takes you over the Potomac River in direct sunlight but it's a phenomenal view and the harbor on the Maryland side has lots of fun places for refreshing drinks and snacks.

Cross Training
  I like to do my cross training with different Wii fitness programs:  My Fitness Coach, GOLD'S Gym Cardio Workout, Active Life: Outdoor Challenge.  I exercise for over an hour and usually end up dripping wet.  I also like to go bicycling when the weather's nice.  I live 3 miles from the W & OD trail and like to go for rides of 20-35 miles.  I'm participating in a 3-Day because it's such a good cause but I find walking to be a rather very boring form of exercise.
