Stephanie Clarke and Willow Jarosh are the co-owners of C&J Nutrition, a nutrition communications firm and nutrition counseling practice based in New York City. Both Stephanie and Willow are registered dietitians with graduate degrees in nutrition communications and backgrounds ranging from clinical nutrition to corporate wellness and health and nutrition writing.
Through a practice in Midtown Manhattan, C&J Nutrition offers motivational nutrition counseling and advice to help clients find realistic ways to change their dietary habits for improved and lasting health. Stephanie and Willow work with a variety of clients, specializing in women’s health, maternal and child health, weight loss, and sports nutrition. In addition to one-on-one counseling, C&J Nutrition co-founded WellRounded NYC, a pre and postnatal nutrition and exercise program for busy new moms and moms-to-be.
C&J also contributes nutrition and health related articles to a variety of web sites and consumer magazines such as Shape, Self, Fitness, The Diet Channel, and Nutrition Today. In addition they enjoy an active role as nutrition advisors on Bob Greene’s TheBestLife.com website and AMPEDsports.com and as the exclusive registered dietitians for W.E.I.G.H LESS, a fitness club based weight loss and behavior modification program.
As a nutrition communications firm, C&J Nutrition has worked with a variety of organizations, like the American Heart Association, community health programs, and numerous food companies, to help communicate responsible and balanced diet information to the public.

Stephanie and Willow take an active role as members of the American Dietetic Association (ADA), The New York State Dietetic Association, as well as the Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Women’s Health, and Weight Management practice groups.
When they are not working on something nutrition-related, Stephanie enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and snowboarding, as well as continuing to enjoy all New York City has to offer! Willow is also an avid outdoor enthusiast, plays tennis, and loves to hike and explore! She’s also got quite the affinity for tea and is always seeking out the new places to try.
